                                                       Board and committees have been hard at work on initiatives intended to
                                                 Hmake our neighborhood safer. This message focuses on three: The License
                                                  Plate Reader (LPR) program, The Publix/Coral Ridge Mall Renovation, and the
                                                  Security Patrol program Away Check feature.












                                                  License Plate Reader (LPR) Program
                                                  In June the Board members Bob Mayo, Jon Brody and I successfully concluded
                                                  negotiations with Flock Safety to install 6 new LPRs throughout the community. Here is
                                                  what to expect next, as received from Flock Project Manager A’Daisha Allen. (note:
                                                  this has been edited for clarity):

                                                  Following up on our initial review and confirmation of your locations with your sales
                                                  manager. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your locations,
                                                  please be sure to follow up directly with your sales manager to adjust your locations.
                                                  Additionally, our deployment and permit team has determined that one or more of
                                                  your locations require permits. It is essential to note that our permit team will work to
                                                  obtain these permits in a timely manner, with an estimated average of 12-14 weeks
                                                  for processing. Please note: The timeline may vary depending on the specific
                                                  requirements and regulations of your local jurisdiction. Once permits are obtained,
                                                  we will schedule the site survey and installation dates, and provide the primary
                                                  account owner with an automatic digest email with the planned schedule.
                                                  I would like to provide you with a detailed step-by-step outline of the installation
                                                  process so you can expect what’s to come:
                                                  1.  Site Survey: Our technician will visit the site to evaluate the solar and cellular
                                                    connectivity of the selected locations and place white flags at the suitable sites.
                                                  2.  Permit Timelines: This timeline depends on the jurisdiction and how quickly they
                                                    will provide us with permits. Please expect a minimum of 12-14 weeks. Should the
                                                    permits process takes longer than this, a representative will be in touch to explain
                                                    further or to provide you with an alternative option for camera placement.
                                                  3.  Camera installation: We will install the cameras securely and ensure that they are
                                                    fully functional.
                                                  4.  Testing and configuration: Our team will test and configure the cameras to ensure
                                                    they are operating correctly and provide you with the necessary information to
                                                    use them effectively.
                                                  5.  Training and support: Our Digital Success will offer training 48 hours after
                                                    validation period. While our Support team will provide ongoing support to
                                                    ensure you get the most out of your cameras.
                                                  6.  Timeline: Due to the need to secure necessary permits, we need to adjust our
                                                    timeline for the installation of your camera system. We anticipate completing
