Las Olas Legacies
NEW CHAPTER for a
Las Olas Icon
arroll’s Jewelers, a cherished institution on Las Olas
Boulevard since the 1960s, is unveiling an exciting
Cnew chapter in its' storied history. With a refreshed
identity that honors its rich legacy while embracing modernity,
the jeweler’s transformation represents more than just a
new look—it’s a renewed commitment to craftsmanship,
individuality, and connection.
The transformation under the next generation of owners Luke
and John Moorman goes beyond aesthetics. Carroll’s is
dedicated to enhancing the overall shopping experience with
the launch of a redesigned store environment, featuring
captivating window displays and a more immersive space
inside. Personalized services are also expanding with the
introduction of virtual consultations and bespoke jewelry
design tools, allowing clients to create one-of-a-kind pieces
from the comfort of their own homes. This blend of high-touch
service and cutting-edge technology ensures that every visit is
a special experience.
The Home & Gift department, under the redesign direction of
Erika Moorman, Luke’s wife, is also expanding with exclusive
additions from celebrated designers like William Yeoward
Crystal, Beatriz Ball and Julian Mejia Designs. Carroll’s is
thoughtfully curating these new collections to elevate the art
of gifting, offering timeless pieces that celebrate life’s most
meaningful moments.
Luke and John Moorman are the fourth generation of Carroll’s
family and purchased the store from their father, Robert
Moorman, Jr. earlier this year. We asked the Moorman brothers
about their journey as inheritors of one of the longest running,
most iconic businesses on Las Olas. Here’s what they told us.
