Premier Estate Properties hosted its 2nd Annual VIP Launch Party to kick off the 65th Annual Fort Lauderdale
International Boat Show. Guests gathered to enjoy the evening under the majestic canopy of the iconic
Banyan Trees at Chima Steakhouse. With its prime location on Las Olas Boulevard, just minutes away from
the boat show venue, the party was the perfect way for guests to begin the prestigious weekend, blending
luxury, networking, and celebration in the heart of Fort Lauderdale’s social scene. Guests enjoyed a Jazz
Trio by the Gold Coast Jazz Society, expertly crafted cocktails and a sampling from Chima’s signature
Brazilian rodizio-style menu.
