Rio Vista Gears Up for

Halloween

As fall is approaching, Rio put on a ghoulish display and finally there is a competition to
showcase Fort Lauderdale’s finest! This is a chance for residents
Vista is gearing up for a to showcase their creativity, transform their homes into haunted
spectacles and foster a sense of community spirit. The contest
fantastic Halloween season! will take place from October 1st to October 31 at midnight.

Winners will be announced on November 1 via email.

A map showing all the participating
houses in the neighborhood will be
posted to RVCA’s website at https://
www.riovistaonline.com/news/
halloween-contest. Signs will be
displayed in the front yards of the houses
participating. To vote for your favorite
house, scan the QR code located on the
sign. See our ad flyer on page 32.
Beyond the competition, the Halloween
House Decorating Contest is a fantastic
way to bring our community together.
Whether you’re participating or just
enjoying the sights, this event is a
wonderful opportunity to connect with
neighbors, share ideas and celebrate
the spooky season. We’re excited
to see the amazing decorations our
neighborhood will come up with this
year. Let’s make this Halloween the best
one yet!
Additionally, we invite you to join us
at VSY Park for a ‘Movie in the Park’
to kick off Halloween right! RVCA is
showing the Pixar movie “Coco” on
October 26 th ! Please join us for a fun
filled night with Broadway Bistro food
truck and Razzleberry’s.
Costumes are encouraged!
