President’s Message

Happy Spring Everyone!

am honored to start another two-year term as the President of the
Landings. I have learned so much and we have worked very well
I together as a board. It was my priority from the beginning to
streamline the way we do things, to create guidelines and procedures
for ease of future planning and running the organization. In the past,
oftentimes the monthly meetings not only took a lot of planning but
tended to be too long. This year we are switching to quarterly
meetings. We feel that this is sufficient as we already stay in touch
continuously. If an issue comes up that requires the LRA board’s
Helena Cooper immediate attention, we will conduct interim meetings.

annual meeting this year. Unfortunately, due to a mix of last-minute
OFFICERS board member scheduling conflicts and technological mishaps, our
VICE PRESIDENT board meeting had to be rescheduled twice and held at the end

many years, Dana Mullaney. Dana has been on the Board for 22+
TREASURER years and her dedication and attention to detail is invaluable. She has

stepping down as our secretary, we are so happy Dana will remain a
board member for the next term. Last week we presented her with a
BOARD MEMBERS gift certificate, flowers and a card in appreciation of all her work and
