High School Academic Interests/Honors: I achieved Summa Cum Laude for all four
years of high school, earning mostly A's and a few B's. I took all Honor and some AP
courses most years and always did my best to succeed.
High School Athletic Interests/Honors: I joined the tennis team in 8th grade and
became captain in my sophomore year. I have always enjoyed befriending and
leading the younger players. I also enjoyed being captain of the soccer team at the
end of my sophomore year. One of my greatest memories was playing at the state
tournament in my senior year.
Community Service: Among other things, I volunteered at my church most Sundays and
ran my school's blood drive. Altogether, I collected 445 hours of community service.
Most Admired Teacher(s)/Why?: My calculus teacher, Mr. Buit, and my AP Chemistry
professor, Dr. Garcia, are my favorite teachers because they guided me through some
of my most difficult classes. They always worked to benefit my education.
Most Influential Person/People/Why?: The most influential person in my life would have
to be my mom. She constantly works to make my life better in every way. She has
always been my guide and best friend. I love her so much!

Favorite Neighborhood Memory/Memories: Growing up, I loved attending the Annual
Block Party with my friends. It was a great place to meet new people, play in the
Bounce House and pet the animals in the Petting Zoo.
Hopes/Dreams: My hope is that one day I will get a job helping and working with
other people. I would love to become a doctor of some kind in order to help me
achieve these dreams.
