Zoning regulations in many residential
zoning districts do not permit the
renting / leasing of docking space
to any third-party owner. Confirm
with the City as to any restriction on
your property, so as to avoid zoning
citations.
You, the property owner, are ultimately
responsible for the disposition of any
problem, if the owner of the vessel fails
to do so.
