                                                   The heat and humidity might be tough right now but at least we
                                                   have been spared from big storms so far this summer.

                                                            e should still be prepared, and as Mayor Dean Trantalis pointed out in
                                                            our last magazine, three basic steps can get you started: Make a Plan,
                                                  WBuild a Kit, and Keep Informed. Go to fortlauderdale.gov/hurricane for
                                                   helpful information.
