             Any dues paying resident of CRCCE can attend board
             meetings and the annual meeting. We are looking for
             additional board members. We look forward to seeing
             and hearing from you how we can work together to
             make our community safer and more beautiful.

             Timothy L. Hernandez, AICP, is an urban planner,
             builder and developer. He is co-founder of New Urban
             Communities, a Delray Beach based development firm
             specializing in urban infill and redevelopment and a 30-
             year resident of Coral Ridge Country Club Estates. He is
             also an Adjunct Professor in the University Miami School
             of Architecture’s Masters in Real Estate Development and
             Urbanism (MRED+U) program. Current projects include the
             Pompano Beach Fishing Village commercial redevelopment
             at the Pompano Pier (Salt Life is opening soon and How
             You Brewin’ is now open), The Centre at Abacoa mixed
             use development in Jupiter, Atlantic Grove townhomes in
             downtown Delray Beach, Haney Creek Crossing, a new
             residential development in Stuart and the Elizabeth, a new
             mixed-use project in downtown Stuart. He can be reached
