                          January 8, 2025 Board Meeting

The regularly scheduled CRCCE Board Meetings will be reported in the magazine in the form of
Important Takeaways. This shorter version of the full minutes will highlight information that is of
importance to CRCCE residents. Full minutes are available online.

Treasurer Craig Singer reported a summary for the financials for fiscal year 2024.
                            Total revenue $147,025.88
                            Total expenses $ 92,402.18
                            Net operating income $ 54,623.70

                          Security Patrol:
                            • There are currently 250 members.
                            • The new hourly rate for officers has not started.
                            • Finances are stable but more members will help cover the upcoming increase and more
                              patrol hours.

The homeless and those living in cars are permitted to join Planet Fitness on Federal Hwy
for $10 per month. This provides them with bathroom and shower facilities as well as
                          overnight parking.
The property at 4620 NE 25th Ave is a short-term rental property. Music, loud voices and pot
smoking persisted throughout the Christmas/New Year break. It will be added the problem sites
                          that the SP regularly checks.

The Board is looking for someone to establish and monitor a CRCCE Facebook page.
The Padel/Pickle ball facility has not resubmitted their plans with the amendments suggested by
the Board. They included the number and configuration of parking spaces and a restriction on
parties on the balcony which faces CRCCE.
The revised plans for Publix store and north side changes to the traffic flow have been approved.
A start date has not been announced.
The Board is looking for suggestions to improve the environment and character of CRCCE.
