President’s Message continued
Security Patrol.
The FLPD Off-Duty Security Patrol officially launched on June 28. Though our
initial drive was very successful with nearly 300 households signed up to date,
that gets about 4 hours a day. We would like to double that next year, which
means we need 200 households to get us about 32 hours of hours of patrol
each week, so 400 households will get us about twice that amount of patrol.
There are about 1250 single family homes in CRCCE, so we are closing in on
25% membership. That leaves plenty of opportunity for growth. For everyone
who has signed up before June 28, 2022, your renewal date will be June 28,
2023 and 'Thank you!' for your support. For everyone else it will be one year
from the date you sign up and pay your fee.
Save the Date!
To promote the security Patrol program, the Security Patrol Committee (Vicki
Lynch, Karen Polivka, Craig Singer, Michelle Allen and Paige O’Mahoney) is
organizing a community picnic for Saturday afternoon November 5, 2022
from 3 pm to 5 pm. It should be a family friendly event with security patrol
officers, mounted police officers and their horses, firemen and fire trucks and
refreshments. More details will be e-blasted out and also posted to the HOA
website, https://crcceassociation.com.
