The last BOD meeting of 2024 will be held on Wednesday,
CRCCE ranks 27th among City neighborhoods in the November 13, 2024, at Christ Church at 6:00 pm. Any dues
percentage of residents with Bachelors degrees. The top-ranking paying resident of CRCCE can attend board meetings. Check

developer. He is co-founder of New Urban Communities, a Delray
Beach based development firm specializing in urban infill and
redevelopment and a 30+ year resident of Coral Ridge Country
Club Estates. He is also an Adjunct Professor in the University
Miami School of Architecture’s Masters in Real Estate Development
and Urbanism (MRED+U) program. Current projects include the
Pompano Beach Fishing Village commercial redevelopment at the
Pompano Pier, The Centre at Abacoa mixed use development in
Jupiter, Atlantic Grove townhomes in downtown Delray Beach,
Haney Creek Crossing, a residential development in Stuart and
the Elizabeth, Sunset Strip Square, a new workforce housing
development in Stuart, and The Elizabeth, a new mixed-use
