President’s Message





                                                      his issue I thought it might be interesting to compare our neighborhood
                                                      to others in Fort Lauderdale from a demographic standpoint. So here are
                                                 Ta few fun facts to know and tell, from the US Census Bureau’s American
                                                  Community Survey. You can access the source data at https://statisticalatlas.com/

                                                  the data set is our entire neighborhood bounded by Oakland Park, Commercial,
                                                  Federal and the Intracoastal, including all housing units, single family, apartments,
                                                  townhomes and condominiums.

                                                  Coral Ridge Country Club Estates is the 9th largest neighborhood in the City of Fort
                                                  Lauderdale with 5050 residents. The largest is North Andrews Gardens with 9160
                                                  residents. Coral Ridge has 5320 residents, ranking 7th.
