Here in Fort Lauderdale and throughout Broward County, the Broward Supervisor of Elections website is THE essential and official
voting resource you should check out well before every election.

It’s online at www.browardsoe.org or https://www.browardvotes.gov and it’s where you should go to check to make sure you’re
registered…and to register to vote if you’re not. It only takes two minutes to register to vote or to check your registration!
Here are some other things you can do on the Broward Supervisor of Elections website:

             • Learn about your Early Voting Options. Early voting for the November 5, 2024 general election begins October 26th and
             ends November 2nd.

             • Learn about your Vote By Mail Options and request your Vote-By-Mail ballot.
             • Know where your Voting Precinct Polling Place is located so you can vote in person on Election Day. Things can change. Make
sure YOU know where to go before you go.
             • See a sample ballot with the candidates for your precinct. It’s an invaluable time-saver that will prepare you to cast your actual
             votes when you’re ready.
And there’s so much more there. Visit www.browardvotes.gov and look around.
And make the time to research the candidates and the issues! Go to your local candidates’ forums where you can meet and
listen to your local candidates. Watch televised candidates’ debates. Read your local newspapers for their reports and profiles
on the candidates. Visit the candidates’ websites and social media pages. And visit the websites of CREDIBLE organizations who
provide all kinds of personalized voting information for you as a public service on everything from the candidates to the many
issues and amendments on local, county, state and national ballots. Here are just a few of these kinds of public service voting
information sites you might consider looking into:
