             2. Enhanced Security Measures
             • Board Member Joe Ban shared important updates on
             security improvements, highlighting the implementation of new
             security measures
             • We’ve also collaborated closely with the Fort Lauderdale
             Police Department (FLPD) to adopt best practices for
             community safety. Key highlights include:
               o  Direct communication channels (phone numbers)
                 for immediate support.

               o  An evolving patrol strategy that includes younger
                 officers and various patrol modes—such as canine
                 units, mounted patrols, and foot patrols—to ensure
                 comprehensive coverage.
             • Detailed plans on the further upgrading of the cameras
             of the Western gates and their enhanced tracking
             functionality was detailed along with the upgrades to the
             TVs and monitors within the Guardhouses.

             3. SIG-9 Update
             • Our SIG-9 Partners, (now two months into implementation),
             is off to a strong start. While there have been initial growing
             pains, as expected with any new program, we are learning
             quickly and making great strides to ensure its success.
