President's Message
Dear Harbor Beach Residents,
elcome to 2025! I am the newly elected President of our Homeowners
Association (HOA) after being on the HOA Board the past year. Over
Wthe past year, I have come to understand the impact of our HOA within
our neighborhood and am excited to lean into some of the critical projects we need
to accomplish within the next year to improve our neighborhood.
Below is a quick overview of what has happened in the past month as well as the
focus for the HOA through 2025:
New Officers for 2025

Annette has transitioned into the Vice President role. Her leadership and tireless
Vice President dedication have been instrumental in shaping the vibrant and welcoming
Annette Ross neighborhood we all enjoy today. Annette’s decision to step into this new role
annetter@harborbeach.org reflects her commitment to balancing her efforts across several volunteer board
positions. We are deeply grateful for her contributions and are fortunate to continue
Treasurer benefiting from her wisdom and experience.

On January 8th, we held our Annual Meeting at The Church by the Sea, where we

Many of the updates were related to the infrastructure projects occurring within our
fast-evolving community. With Pier 66 opening and the Convention Center now
approaching completion as well as continued investment throughout the beach area,
we expect there to be continuous infrastructure investments. Our voice within those
plans is very important to continue to improve our neighborhood.
