             INCIDENT 3: INCREASED BOAT MOORING ON THE LAKE

             Details: There has been a noticeable increase in non-residents
             attempting to use construction sites and bridges as access
             points from the water.

               individuals coming from the lake and making unauthorized
               access, report it to the guards for logging and appropriate
               follow-up.
