President's Message
HBPHOA Officers & Board
Dear Harbor Beach Neighbor,
hether you are a longtime resident or new to our neighborhood, the
system of governing and funding our collective three organizations’
Wfinancial obligations can be confusing.
To those of you who have already contributed to HBPHOA for 2024, THANK YOU!
For those of you who have not yet renewed or have let your participation lapse for a
few years, it is imperative that you renew now. A reminder for 2024 HBPHOA dues
was recently sent as a mailer.
There are three Associations within the Harbor Beach neighborhood overseeing
operations:
1. Harbor Beach Property Homeowners Association, Inc. - Representing Harbor
President
Beachfor issues relating to City, County and State government. In conjunction with the

City of Fort Lauderdale, responsible for maintaining guardhouse areas security gates
and cameras, landscaping, bridges and bridge monuments. Detailed list of further

expenses is below. The Annual Dues for 2024 are $795.00.

3. Harbor Beach Surf Club, Inc. - Beach Club and Marina. Annual dues are
