                                                                                        Celebrating 100 Years
                                                                                        Saint Anthony Parish, the oldest
                                                                                        Catholic Church in Broward County

                                                                                        anniversary with a Centennial
                                                                                        Celebration Mass on June 12. Its
                                                                                        iconic grand vaulted church is widely
                                                                                        recognized as one of the most
                                                                                        beautiful buildings in Fort Lauderdale.
                                                                                        Mayor Dean Trantalis and
                                                                                        Commissioner McKenzie presented an
                                                                                        official proclamation from the city in
                                                                                        honor of the historic occasion and the
                                                                                        parish’s deep ties to the community.
                                                                                        An Honor Guard, many beloved
                                                                                        parishioners, and a host of local
                                                                                        community leaders were in
                                                                                        attendance to mark the milestone.
