                                                              Anchor Restaurant, Etaru

                                                              entertainment, a packed house, and a sake uncorking
                                                              ceremony.
                                                              The Las Olas spot is the second location for Etaru, which
                                                              also runs a Japanese-inspired spot by the same name in
                                                              Hallandale. Dishes include beef and ginger dumplings,
                                                              Korean-spiced lamb chops, tuna tataki with apple and
                                                              wasabi, and black cod skewers.
