Las Olas People continued




        our development arm, Macken Companies, recently sold;
        and were named Owner’s Rep for 5 Park, a mixed-use
        project in NMB. I am working to grow our commercial
        division. Since I also live here, I have been getting
        involved with issues that are important to me – working on
        the homeless task force to name one. I’m a member of the
        Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, the Bravo
        committee at the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance and the
        Las Olas Association.
        EAT: I’m a regular at Café Europa. It’s great for lunch
        meetings. The owners and staff treat me, my colleagues
        and clients like gold, no matter how busy they are. Their
        food is second to none.
        DRINK: I enjoy the atmosphere at Louie Bossi.

        ENJOY: I like attending all of the Las Olas Art Fairs.
        Christmas on Las Olas is always festive and fun, too.

                                                              I’ve lived here for years and grew a wonderful network of
                                                              industry leaders. Las Olas is dynamic, has lots of
