SUMMARY OF PATROL LOGS

JANUARY 2020

As we continue to attempt to improve communications in the community regarding crime and the great work
of the Protect Rio Vista Patrol, we will continue in each issue to summarize the recent security patrol logs in
this space. What you see here is a mere sampling of the logs due to space constraints, but they serve to
illustrate how much our patrol officers actually do for all of us here in Rio Vista. As always, the full logs

Thursday, 23 January 2020 SE 9th Ave / NRV to SE 9th St.

0645 Out of service. No new messages. Detail called in, 1945 Heavy rain still, off and on, while continuing
starting patrol. roving patrol.

0800 Advised of S-10 on 9th St., report taken. 2045 Still raining. Roving with cruise/alley lights on.
0916 Received 2 messages referencing car break-ins. 2145 Per request, checked again reference an evening shift
Neither party home to complete a report, they will call alarm which was coded malfunction (013937). All secure.
back once they return. Sent email to resident advising residence was secure.

1026 Back on patrol, completed checks. 2345 Out of service.
1100 Picked up signs. 2230 10-8 by air. Roving patrols on mainland.
