Thursday, 12 August, 2021 1630 Flagged down by elderly male advising his phone was
not working and was trying to get to his doctor’s office. Was
1112 Call from resident of truck ‘illegally parked’ - truck
was, however, legally parked on swale to the rear of provided a courtesy ride to where he thought the doctor’s office
residence. Note left on vehicle asking to move for lawn to be was. But he was lost - TOT BHMC. Shortly upon return to Rio,
cut. No report, case # 21-134392. home health aide flagged me down advising that he was
actually in the early stages of Alzheimer's, his phone worked
