Summer is here and many part-timers

are leaving Florida. Although we

don’t see as big of a change as in

previous years.

hat a fun winter season we had in the Landings! We brought back the
informal meet and greets that were held years ago. Now we’ve made

SECRETARY Hopefully you have noticed the plantings of palms at our finger islands on Bayview
Cheryl Becker Drive. The city has now also completed the installation of new plants by the bridge
