Lake Estates Improvement Association, Inc.

Dear Neighbors,

appy New Year! Although we did not have our Light Up the Lakes Annual
Block Party this year due to the new water main replacement system project
Hbeing started and the uncertainty of the condition of the roads, this is our wish
for all of you - the joy of family, the gift of friends and all the best for this new year.
Our Lake Estates tradition of lining 57th Court with luminarias candles and sharing
precious moments with our friends and neighbors will continue next year.

Accomplishments for 2017
• Coordinated with the City of Fort Lauderdale to implement the new water main
installation system project:
• Phase One NE 60th St. NE 28th Ave. and NE 27th Ave.
