Town Hall Meeting to Discuss Florida House Bill 1365

“Public Camping and Public Sleeping.” A new state law enacted October 1, 2024 prohibits camping or
sleeping on public property. City staff will provide an overview on how to report violations and how the

House Bill 949 requires a Learner’s permit or Driver’s license for anyone under 18 years old to operate a golf cart
on a public road in Florida.
