The regularly scheduled CRCCE Board Meetings will be reported in the magazine in the form of
Important Takeaways. This shorter version of the full minutes will highlight information that is of
importance to CRCCE residents. Full minutes are available online.
Treasurer Craig Singer reported balances of $97,240.13 in the main account and
$148,151.09 in the Security Patrol account.

The Board voted to have a social gathering for HOA and Security Patrol members – two guests
per membership – on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at the Coral Ridge Country Club from
4:30PM to 6:30PM (time to be confirmed). FLPD Security Patrol leadership will be available for
conversation and questions.

The Board discussed and unanimously voted in favor of offering only one tier of HOA
membership that will include all Security Patrol benefits. Beginning January 1, 2025, the
combined HOA/SP membership will be available to all renewing and new members. Existing
HOA-only members will continue that status until their renewal date. The cost of the HOA/SP
membership will be maintained at $550 per year.

Tim asked and received the Board’s permission to support a request from the Publix developer to
position the main entrance to the store on the southwest corner.

The Annual Meeting for the association will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at Christ Church.
