LHIA Annual Meeting
Minutes

Meeting called to order at 7:14 pm March 21, 2024.
Pledge of allegiance lead by Ed Rebholz.
Welcome and Intro by Ed Rebholz and Jeri Pryor (Chief of staff
for Commissioner Sturman). Began introduction of candidates
for election when Commissioner Sturman arrived at 7:21pm.
Went over election rules for voting. Spoke to the community
about supporting those that were elected. That we are all
neighbors and need to work together for the good of our
community.
Each Officer candidate was officially nominated with a second
from the floor. Bob Ferencik President, Kevin Hoffman VP,
Barbara Magill Secretary, Bonnie Rogers Treasurer.
No additional officer nominations were made from the floor
and each officer gave a two minute speech that included their
preference on the gate and dock rentals.
Directors that still have one year on their terms (thru 2025) and
do not need to be elected are Ed Rebholz, Christina Deuschle
and Marissa Lord.
