Renewal Time

our Landings Residential Association annual membership will be expiring on December 31st. We encourage ALL Landings
residents to participate; whether you’re new to The Landings, haven’t been a member before, or are renewing your
Ymembership. For only $100 per year, your membership provides access to the many fun events on the schedule for next year.
The Landings Residential Association functions for the betterment of our community, and importantly, it represents The Landings
in ongoing communications with government officials to improve our community. Several resident volunteers serve on a variety
of committees that benefit The Landings: Beautification/Parks and Recreation; Block Captains; Council of Fort Lauderdale
Civic Association (CFLCA); Crime Alert; Flag Maintenance; Marine and Canals; Membership/Directory; Recycling; Security/
Safety; Short-Term Vacations/Code Compliance; and Welcoming. We hope you’ll join a committee.
Throughout the year, the LRA sponsors several social events: the Annual Dinner Meeting; the Block Party; and Curbside
Cocktails. Your Association is committed to making The Landings a great place to live.
Thank you in advance for renewing your membership. We look forward to serving you for another year. If you are a new
resident, or still thinking of becoming a member, now is a great time to become one and be a vital part of this wonderful
community.

Please complete and mail your membership application as soon as possible. We appreciate your support and, if you have the
time, we would love to have you participate in any of the all-volunteer committees outlined on the bottom of your application.
